The wear and tear of the spinneret over the years will reduce the quality of the product. Repairing, inspecting, or optimizing the spinneret will restore the spinneret to an almost entirely new state.

1. Regular maintenance (grinding/polishing the spinneret surface and recalculating the wool stoma);


2. Repair the damaged wool stoma or spinning board;


3. Modify and optimize the spinneret, add or seal the spinneret hole;


After maintenance the spinneret can be put into a new round of use.
